AUGUST 1	Exhibit Booth payment due in full. If full payment is not received by August 1, 2008, booth space is subject to cancellation and resale without notification.
AUGUST 15	Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to August 15, 2008. NO refunds will be issued after August 15, 2008.
OCTOBER	Exhibitor Service kit CD’s mailed and will be available online.
NOVEMBER 3	Product and Service listing must be received by November 3rd to be included in the onsite program.
DECEMBER 1	Booth Personnel Badge Requests* due. Show Specials due. Certificate of Liability Insurance must be received. *Unofficial Show Contractor Information due to both the Southwest Dental Conference and Freeman.
DECEMBER 12	Last day to make Hotel Reservations.
DECEMBER 23	Complimentary Table Form Due to Freeman
